Hair
Women can start dealing with hair loss and hair thinning issues as early as age 30! –Sometimes even younger. You’ve heard this before but here it is again - Brush your teeth before you go to bed. Your saliva slows down when you are sleep and gives all the food particles you’ve accumulated in your mouth all day a chance to party and wreck havoc on your teeth.

Skin

The younger you are when you establish a good skincare routine, the better. Don’t rely on soap alone to get rid of all traces of make-up from your face. Instead, you want to use a cleansing bar or foaming facial wash, followed by a moisturizer to tighten your pores.

As you apply moisturizer, give yourself a facial massage by simply blending the cream into your skin using firm upward motions from your throat up. Then use circular motions over your face to get blood flow and circulation going. This will stimulate your skin and help it retain far more of its natural elasticity. Breasts

Do the fly! Buy yourself a pair of five-pound dumbbells and do this simple exercise before you go to bed to keep the ladies up. Lying flat on the floor, extend your arms out at shoulder level while clutching the weights. Draw both arms straight up together above your body so that the weight meet over your check and then return the weights out to your sides drawing a semi-circle over your body. Repeat this exercise 12 to 15 times for 3 sets.

This exercise will help strengthen the muscles under your breasts so that they can keep your breasts up instead of sagging down. You can also reduce the stress on your ligaments by wearing a bra and keeping it on for as long as you can during the day.
